ECRD Award Nomination Forms

    Any adults nominated must have a current Youth Protection and meet all the State requirements of AB506 Training, Consent Form and Live Scan on file to qualify for the award, these records will be verified with Council. Request for profile records can be sent to Estela.Chicas@scouting.org

    • Greatest Unit attendance at Roundtable
      Unit with the greatest number of Roundtables attended (at least one representative)
    • Fully Trained Parent Committee
      Unit Parent Committee are 100% trained
    • Fully Trained Uniformed Leaders
      Unit Leaders are 100% trained
    • Unit with Most Miles Hiked (per Scout)
      Number of total miles Hiked divided by the number of Scouts in the Unit
    • Unit with the Greatest Number of Campout Nights (per Scout)
      Number of Campout Nights divided by the number of Scouts in the Unit.
    • Unit with the Greatest Number of Hike Outings (per Scout)
      Number of Hikes taken divided by the number of Scouts in the Unit
    • Unit with the Greatest Service Hours (per Scout)
      Number of total Service Hours divided by the number of Scouts in the Unit.
