We are pleased to officially invite you to the upcoming Council Quarterly Strategic Planning Meeting, scheduled for Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., at Cushman Watt Scout Center. We invite you to join us in person for important updates on Scouting and our Council.
The Quarterly Strategic Planning Meeting brings together council leadership, professional staff, and key volunteers to reflect on progress, align priorities, and set a clear strategic direction for the new year. This collaborative forum provides an opportunity to review program performance, membership trends, financial health, and operational goals while celebrating successes and identifying areas for growth.
During the meeting, we’ll cover upcoming plans for Camp Big Horn and Camp Cherry Valley, the National Jamboree, and our Council membership initiatives. We’re excited to share what’s ahead and to collaborate as we continue moving our Council forward.
All district leaders, district committee members, unit and district commissioners, council committee and board members, and adult volunteers are encouraged to attend. We look forward to seeing you on January 31st.
